Clifford G. Christians. Clifford G. Christians is a research professor of communications at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and also a Professor of Journalism and of Media Studies. He has a B.A. in classics, a B.D. and Th.M. in theology, an M.A. in sociolinguistics from the University of Southern California, and a Ph.D. in communications from the University of Illinois. He has been a visiting scholar in philosophical ethics at Princeton University and in social ethics at the University of Chicago, and a PEW scholar at Oxford University. He is a co-author of Responsibility in Mass Communication, Jacques Ellul: Interpretative Essays, Good News: Social Ethics and the Press, Communication Ethics and Universal Values, and Moral Engagement in Public Life: Theorists for Contemporary Ethics. Mark Fackler. Mark Fackler is Professor of Communications at Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. He holds an A.B. in philosophy, and M.A. in communications, an M.A. in theology, and a Ph.D. in communications from the University of Illinois. He has recently been a Hoover Fellow at the European Center for Ethics in Leuven, Belgium, and a guest lecturer in press ethics at Makerere University, Kampala. He teaches regularly in Nairobi, Kenya. He is co-author of Good News: Social Ethics and the Press. View his vita.  
     
Kathy Brittain McKee. Kathy Brittain McKee is Associate Provost and Professor of Communication at Berry College, Rome, Georgia. She has a B.A. in communication and religion/philosophy from Shorter College and an M.A. in journalism and Ph.D. in mass communication from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia. She is co-author of Applied Public Relations and has published journal articles and book chapters in media ethics, visual imagery, communication pedagogy, and student-press regulation. Peggy Kreschel. Peggy Kreshel earned her Ph.D. in Communication Research from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), her M.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Nebraska, and her B.A. in Advertising/ Psychology from the University of Nebraska. Dr. Kreshel's primary teaching interests are advertising and society; race, gender and media; advertising and communication management; media planning; and qualitative research methods. Dr. Kreshel is a member of the UGA Graduate Faculty. She was a faculty member at the Freedom Forum for Advertising Teachers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for three years, and has participated in a number of teaching workshops at national academic conferences, most recently, "Critical Media Pedagogy in the Advertising and Society Course" at AEJMC. Robert H. Woods, Jr.. Robert Woods is Associate Professor of Communication at Spring Arbor University, Spring Arbor, Michigan, where he teaches media ethics and research at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has a B.A. in communication from the University of New Mexico and an M.A. in communication and Ph.D. in communication from Regent University, Virginia. He also holds a J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Regent University and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has published journal articles and book chapters on law, distance education, computer-mediated communication, and the pedagogy of online learning. View his vita.
