Failure to meet financial obligations may result in the referral of the delinquent account to an outside agency for collection of the total amount due, plus all collection costs applicable. Spring Arbor University reserves the right to adjust tuition, books and fees as prices change. Financial Aid Students who register for six hours in a given semester are considered full-time students for the purposes of financial aid. Students who register for three hours are considered part-time. Specific information on financial aid may be obtained from the Business Office. Tuition Refund Refunds for properly authorized withdrawals from a class shall be provided on a prorata basis depending on the number of sessions that have met prior to withdrawal. No tuition refund will be given after 50 percent of the course has been completed. Specific information on tuition refunds may be obtained from the Business Office. Registration and Withdrawal Policy for Workshops Offered by Spring Arbor University If a student is planning to obtain graduate credit for any workshops offered by Spring Arbor University, the student must register and pay the published tuition rate for the graduate credit being offered for the workshop by the first day of class. No late registrations and payments will be accepted. Once students register and pay for graduate credit, Spring Arbor University will not honor any withdrawals, drops or tuition refunds under any circumstances.
